What's inside each Bibamba Box?
Each box features a curated selection of Bibamba artisan chocolates valued at $75 or more—including first tastes of new flavors and exclusive offerings for subscribers only. Every month brings a fresh, seasonal chocolate experience to enjoy and share.
When will my box ship?
Boxes are carefully packed and typically ship within 1–2 weeks of your order. Holiday launch bonus: Early subscribers who order by December 5 will receive pre-holiday delivery. Orders placed after December 5 will ship in January.
Is shipping included?
Yes! Standard shipping is included from September through May. During warmer months (June–August), we add a $10 cooling fee to cover ice packs and insulated packaging to keep your chocolate safe from melting.
Can I purchase as a gift subscription?
Absolutely—it's a perfect gift! At checkout, enter the recipient's email and shipping address but use your own payment information. They'll receive a welcome email with details on their subscription and instructions to manage future deliveries.
Want to add a personal touch? Include a note from you in the “Notes” field at checkout, and we’ll include it with the first box.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your Bibamba Box subscription up to twice per year whenever you need a little break. When you're ready to resume, simply reactivate in your customer portal—you'll find the link in your welcome email.
