Bibamba Refund Policy

We take great pride in handcrafting high-quality chocolate using premium, sustainably sourced ingredients. Each order is packed with care to ensure it arrives fresh and delicious.

During warmer months, we include insulation and cold packs to help protect your chocolate. We recommend retrieving your package as soon as possible upon delivery to minimize the chance of melting.

While we do not offer refunds for melted chocolate, we want you to be completely satisfied. If there’s a quality issue with your order (e.g., condensation damage or compromised packaging), please follow the steps below:

  1. Take a photo of the product and the visible “Best By” date within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email us at info@bibamba.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the photos.

  3. If eligible, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement within 48 hours.

Note: Minor cracking may occur during transit. This does not affect the quality, flavor, or freshness of the chocolate and is not considered a defect.
