Bibamba Refund Policy

Customers receive free shipping on all orders over $50 throughout the continental U.S. 

During the summer our fulfillment team times shipments to prevent sitting at shipping facilities over weekends, and we are happy to hold orders until the weather cools, upon request. Orders received after Wednesday at 12:00 pm MST, will be processed the following Monday. To ensure your chocolate stays fresh, insulation and ice packs will be included with every order during the summer. 

If you are shipping to a destination with high temperatures (70 degrees or higher) we recommend having someone that is available upon arrival. We do not accept returns for melted chocolate, however, if you experience a quality issue with your order, kindly take a picture of the product with the best by date within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Email us a description of the issue, including the photos and order #, and send it to info@bibamba.com. Depending on the issue, we will process either a refund or replacement of your product the following Monday. 

Please note that while we do our best to get your chocolate to you as safely as possible, minor cracking may occur in transit and does not affect the quality of the product.
