Our self-serve gifts typically ship within 1–3 business days, and you can also schedule your order in advance. There is no minimum for custom orders, but they may require additional lead time, depending on the products, quantity, and requested customizations. Rush processing and expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee. Contact us with your gifting plans, and we’ll confirm availability, minimums, and timing.
You can send gifts to multiple recipients in one order. Add your gifts to the cart, then use our multi-address shipping option to enter addresses manually or upload a CSV. Choose different products for different recipients and include personalized gift messages. You'll check out once through our secure checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and recipient addresses.

We can also incorporate custom-colored ribbons that you supply for a personalized touch. While we can personalize certain gift details, we’re unable to create custom chocolate molds or fully custom packaging.
We offer a variety of chocolates suitable for common dietary requirements, including gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan options. Please share any dietary requirements or allergen concerns with us. We’ll help you review product ingredients and available options before confirming your order.
