Not only is the chocolate incredibly delicious, —from the dark to the milk chocolate, white chocolate, and even the marshmallows- Bibamba should get an award for sustainable farming and fair labor practices, How cool that the cacao they use comes from their family farm in Africa!
My favorite chocolate is the salty dark with almonds, But you can’t go wrong!
All the delicacies are scrumptious but the chocolate bark flavors are my all time favorite! Can't get enough of these, I have to be careful not to visit every week! And I love the new larger space!

One of my favorites of the great Bibamba collection. From an environmental perspective, i just wish the 4oz, or even a 6oz package were available. Sweet and Salty says it all!

I've tried about a dozen different Bibamba products and they are all delicious. Sweet and Salty is my favorite so whenever I'm nearby their store or see them at the Farmer's market, I buy at least a bag or two. It's the perfect balance of sweet chocolate and salty nuts. But mostly, I love the owners. They are really friendly and committed to providing a product that doesn't involve child labor or unfair wages and can truly say this because they own the source farm.

This is by far my favorite sweet and salty snack. Other chocolates that have the salty aspect, barely have any salt or only enough to get a glimpse of the salt in the chocolate. Bibamba though has nailed the combo. I love salty snacks, and this chocolate really highlights the crunchy almonds and salty flavor that I love combined with the smooth chocolate! I Highly highly recommend the Sweet & Salty if you aren’t afraid of a big salty flavor matched with delicious chocolate!

I tried this chocolate in the shop and I knew I had to buy some right away. It was amazing. I find that this flavor truly is the perfect blend of sweet and salty. This would also be a perfect gift for chocolate-loving friend.
On a side note, one of the store owners was there when I stopped by. He was extremely friendly and willing to share his story about their business, and teach me a little bit about chocolate in Africa.
This is the first time we've tried the Sweet & Salty variety. It's the perfect balance of crunch, salty, and rich but not over too sweet chocolate. It may become my favorite, although it's great to mix up the flavors as well and they're all pretty outstanding!

What is single-origin chocolate?
SIngle-origin means that all of the cacao beans used to make the chocolate come from one place rather than a blend of beans from different regions. This translates to more nuanced flavors and appreciation for the farming and processing of the cacao beans.
How is the chocolate shipped?
The chocolate is securely packaged and shipped in cardboard boxes. Ice packs are included in the warmer months.
