The Experience
What's inside each Bibamba Box?
Each box features a curated selection of Bibamba artisan chocolates valued at $75 or more—including first tastes of new flavors and exclusive offerings for subscribers only. Every month brings a fresh, seasonal chocolate experience to enjoy and share.
When will my box ship?
Boxes are carefully packed and typically ship within 1–2 weeks of your order. Holiday launch bonus: Early subscribers who order by December 5 will receive pre-holiday delivery. Orders placed after December 5 will ship in January.
Is shipping included?
Yes! Standard shipping is included from September through May. During warmer months (June–August), a $10 cooling fee covers ice packs and insulated packaging to keep your chocolate safe from melting.
Is your subscription safe for food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Our subscription boxes are not customizable for dietary restrictions, allergies, or food preferences. Products may contain dairy, gluten, nuts, and other common allergens. If you have allergies, we recommend ordering individual products so you can select items that are safe for you.
Can I purchase as a gift subscription?
Absolutely! A Bibamba Box subscription makes a thoughtful, delicious gift. At checkout, enter the recipient's email and shipping address, but use your own payment information. The recipient won't be notified of your purchase—they'll simply receive their first Bibamba Box along with instructions for managing future deliveries.
Want to add a personal touch? Include a note from you in the “Notes” field at checkout, and we’ll include it with the first box.
Are subscriptions available outside the U.S.?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Managing Your Subscription
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your Bibamba Box subscription up to twice per year whenever you need a little break. When you're ready to resume, simply reactivate in your customer portal—you'll find the link in your welcome email.
Can I change my delivery date?
Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate custom delivery dates at this time. All boxes ship within our standard 1–2 week window each month.
When will I be charged each month?
Your subscription is billed on the same day each month that you originally placed your order. For example, if you start your subscription on the 12th, you'll be billed automatically on the 12th of each following month. Prepaid subscriptions (3-month and 6-month) are charged in full at the time of purchase.
What if I need to change my address, credit card, password, or account info?
You can manage all your account details—credit card, shipping address, email, and more—directly in your customer portal. You'll receive a link to access your portal in your welcome email after purchasing a subscription. Gift recipients will also receive this email with portal access after their first box is purchased.

What if a product in my box is damaged?
If your Bibamba Box arrives damaged, please email us at info@bibamba.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a quick description (photos help!), and we'll make it right.
