Fudgy Espresso Brownies
The BEST brownie recipe! Add chopped Bibamba Mocha Crunch for rich chocolate flavor with notes of coffee and crunch.

Ingredients
4 oz Bibamba dark baking chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup chopped Bibamba Mocha Crunch
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a small baking pan.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. Stir in the butter and let cool slightly.
- Whisk in the brown sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs and mix until combined.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Bibamba Mocha Crunch.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is just set.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
