Fudgy Espresso Brownies

Ingredients

4 oz Bibamba dark baking chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup chopped Bibamba Mocha Crunch 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a small baking pan.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. Stir in the butter and let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in the brown sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs and mix until combined.
  4. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped Bibamba Mocha Crunch.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is just set.
  7. Let cool before slicing and serving.
