4 oz chocolate bar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 c.chopped Bibamba Ground Roasted Coffee Chocolate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave. Start with 30 seconds, stir, and then repeat for 15 second intervals until melted. Combine with butter and let cool.
Combine brown sugar and vanilla with the melted chocolate. Add eggs. Mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt into wet ingredients.
Fold in chopped Bibamba bark
Pour into greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
